At Sonoma Tilemakers, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your brochures simply follow the instructions below.

Sonoma Tilemakers will accept return of brochures in original condition within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund at the time of return. Returns will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the sale price of the brochures. Return mailing fees are non reimbursable.

If you have received damaged brochures, please email customer service via the Contact Us page of our website.

We ship brochures within the United States and Canada. Orders placed from other countries will be refunded.
